#SAN FRANCISCO STREET FAIR SEASON

THE warm 90 plus degree weather in San Francisco is just one of the signs of the coming street fair season. The season kicks off in June with the Union Street Fair. The street fair lasts all day long on Saturday and Sunday and includes live entertainment, beer gardens, great art. The artists have high quality orginal paintings, woodcraft, photography, jewelry and much much more. The whole Marina District turns into a cross between a concert, street, fair, and a large scale frat party. The streets are packed with the smell of food being roasted outside and beautiful 20 to 30 year old females strolling through the artist stalls whether you like art or not the scenery is great and you might meet your future wife there.
The prices are a little pricy at this street fair but the quality is good and an ideal place to purchase early Christmas gifts that you will not find at Union Square, Walmart, or Target. The jewelry venders are artists and provide orginal works that you will only find in San Francisco.
The Union Street Street Fair has been a fixture in San Francisco for over 25 years and the entertainment is fantastic. Whether you like country music, R/B, blues, or rap it is all compacted within a 20 block area.
Take a taxi as parking is not very sparce.

The Street Fair Scene in San Francisco includes The North Beach Street Fair which includes alot of great blues and other types of music. Washington Park is transferred from a city park to a Art Gallery. Grant Street is one big blues club and the Italian Food and Ice Cream provided is killer.

The Fillmore Jazz Festival is somehow featured in the middle of Street Fair Season and you can listen to some of the best Jazz in the City for two days along with great wine and adult beverages.
The Haight Street Fair takes on a character of it own. The vendors are alot different than the Union Street Fair and the people vary from hip to gay to people just wanting to do people watching.
The Polk Street Fair is towards the end of summer is a great success every year with great entertainment, food, and outdoor activites.
The Castro Fair is towards the end of summer and is a mixture of gay, straight, transgender, bisexual, and lesbian. The whole area from upper market to outer Castro is one big party.
The final street fair that ends the street fair season is the Folsom Street Fair. The fair is usually held in early September on Saturday and Sunday. The area of Folsom Street and SOMA becomes 15 blocks of leather boys, leather queens, B/D and S/M characters, transgenders, drag queens naked gay boys and men showing their goods. The entertainment is usually hip hop, rap, and dance.

#THE NEW IPO ECONOMY DREAMS OR FANTSY

The late and great GEORGE BURNS once said "Want to know what is wrong with the country ask a cabbie or a barber".  The new IPO launches that seem to dominate the financial news is either fantsy, fake, or plane fraud.  The private equity firms get first shot at the new issues and the public relations department prop up the stock with positive spin.   The stock goes public and Joe Public greedy to buy the next high flyer drains his brokerage account only to see the value within 90 days shrink to half of the orginal value.  Good Luck Suckers check the economic indicators after the election of 2012 the real economy will emerge.   The fake economy you are witnessing is shuffle of funds all over Wall Street to trick fuck the investors into yield vers risk.

WHY THE SOUTH WILL NEVER RISE AGAIN

The economy nationwide might be slow but in the South the economy is a train wreck.  I have communicated  with various leaders and suggested possible recruitement of California Startups and offering financial  initatives to lure California based firms to their states.   Despite emails recommending meetup and various other California resources they have no interest in changing their way of life.   The sad thing about all of this is basically our country has a division between technology and a whole population of technolgoy retards have not changed and will not change until the wolf is at their door.   Thank God, I live in San Franacisco where everyday there is a new vision.
